RDMS / Ultrasound Trainer
Wyandotte Pregnancy Clinic is seeking a compassionate, mission-minded RDMS / Ultrasound Trainer to provide limited obstetrical ultrasound services and support clinical excellence across our locations.
About the Role
This full-time role includes patient care, ultrasound training for nursing staff, competency development, chart audits, documentation support, and collaboration with medical leadership to ensure safe, accurate, and compliant care.
Qualifications
- hold a current RDMS credential and BLS certification
- demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Full-Time (Non-Exempt) Bi-Lingual Advocate (Spanish/English)
We are seeking compassionate and detail‑oriented Bi-lingual Client Advocates to join our team. In this role, you will be a first point of contact for women facing unplanned pregnancies—providing support while coordinating appointments and ensuring a seamless client experience. This position plays a key role in fulfilling our mission and delivering care with excellence.
About the Role

Support clients with empathy, encouragement as you answer client inquiries via phone, text, and email

Ensure accurate data in EHR (Electronic Health Record) and other software
- Manage scheduling tasks, including appointments, waitlists, rescheduling, and walk‑ins

Welcome clients, assisting with the check-in process

Complete initial appointment intakes and make follow-up calls

Help facilitate smooth patient flow between resources and medical services
Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills – compassionate, clear communicator, listener

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (oral and written)

Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, database entry)
