Full-Time (Non-Exempt) Scheduler/Receptionist
We are seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Scheduler/Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for women facing unplanned pregnancies—providing support while coordinating appointments and ensuring a seamless client experience. This position plays a key role in fulfilling our mission and delivering care with excellence.

Support clients with empathy, encouragement as you answer client inquiries via phone, text, and email

Ensure accurate data in EHR (Electronic Health Record) and other software
- Manage all scheduling tasks, including appointments, waitlists, rescheduling, and walk‑ins

Welcome clients, assisting with the check-in process

Cross-train as Advocate (to complete initial intakes or provide interpretation)

Help facilitate smooth patient flow between resources and medical services
Qualifications
- A heart for ministry and life‑affirming work

Excellent interpersonal skills – compassionate, clear communicator, listener

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (oral and written)

Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, database entry)
- Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Nurses (RN or RDMS)
We are currently looking to add compassionate nurses to our team at Wyandotte Pregnancy Clinic. If you have a heart for mission and supporting women and families during unexpected pregnancies, then this is the job for you! Join us in providing life-affirming care, education, and hope to those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pregnancy and STI intakes
- Educate patients on fetal development, abortion risks, and sexual health
- Provide telehealth services
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Follow Medical Director’s orders and assist with quality assurance
Qualifications:
- Active Kansas licensure (BSN, RN, or LPN) and BLS certification
- Strong commitment to Christian faith and sanctity of life
- Compassionate, dependable, and skilled in patient communication
- Preferred: Sonography experience, EHR proficiency (or willingness to be trained)
