Full-Time (Exempt) Grants & Digital Marketing Manager

As our Grants & Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive revenue growth through strong grant writing while elevating our digital presence. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in both analytical and creative spaces and wants their work to directly support life‑changing services.
You will lead:
- Grant proposals & reporting
- Website, SEO, and digital content
- Social media & ad campaigns
- Email marketing
- Analytics tracking & insights
- Brand consistency and messaging across platforms
You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, reporting to the Executive Director, and providing oversight to marketing and communications partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (communications, marketing, nonprofit administration, or related field)
- 2–4 years’ experience in grant writing and digital marketing
- Experience with GA4, Google Ads, SEO, CMS platforms, and email systems
- Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe) preferred
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Creative problem‑solver with strong data literacy
- Commitment to the mission and values of our life‑affirming ministry

Full-Time (Non-Exempt) Scheduler/Receptionist
We are seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Scheduler/Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for women facing unplanned pregnancies—providing support while coordinating appointments and ensuring a seamless client experience. This position plays a key role in fulfilling our mission and delivering care with excellence.

Support clients with empathy, encouragement as you answer client inquiries via phone, text, and email

Ensure accurate data in EHR (Electronic Health Record) and other software
- Manage all scheduling tasks, including appointments, waitlists, rescheduling, and walk‑ins

Welcome clients, assisting with the check-in process

Cross-train as Advocate (to complete initial intakes or provide interpretation)

Help facilitate smooth patient flow between resources and medical services
Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills – compassionate, clear communicator, listener

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (oral and written)

Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, database entry)
- Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
