Full-Time Client Services Manager
We are seeking a full-time Full-Time Client Services Manager to help lead compassionate, practical, and transformational support services for women and families during and after pregnancy.
This role includes case management, volunteer coordination, community partnership development, class and group support, and program leadership across WPC locations.
We’re looking for someone who is mission-minded, organized, relational, and committed to serving women and families with Christ-like compassion.
Ideal candidates have:
- Experience in case management or social services
- Leadership experience with staff, volunteers, or interns
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Alignment with WPC’s mission and values
- Preferred bilingual English/Spanish skills
Position: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

RDMS / Ultrasound Trainer
Wyandotte Pregnancy Clinic is seeking a compassionate, mission-minded RDMS / Ultrasound Trainer to provide limited obstetrical ultrasound services and support clinical excellence across our locations. This full-time role includes patient care, ultrasound training for nursing staff, competency development, chart audits, documentation support, and collaboration with medical leadership to ensure safe, accurate, and compliant care.
Qualified candidates must:
- hold a current RDMS credential and BLS certification
- demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- be aligned with WPC’s mission, values, and Christ-centered approach to care

Full-Time (Non-Exempt) Bi-Lingual Advocate (Spanish/English Preferred, but Not Required)
We are seeking compassionate and detail‑oriented bi-lingual (preferred, but not required) Client Advocates to join our team. In this role, you will be a first point of contact for women facing unplanned pregnancies—providing support while coordinating appointments and ensuring a seamless client experience. This position plays a key role in fulfilling our mission and delivering care with excellence.
About the Role

Support clients with empathy, encouragement as you answer client inquiries via phone, text, and email

Ensure accurate data in EHR (Electronic Health Record) and other software
- Manage scheduling tasks, including appointments, waitlists, rescheduling, and walk‑ins

Welcome clients, assisting with the check-in process

Complete initial appointment intakes and make follow-up calls

Help facilitate smooth patient flow between resources and medical services

Excellent interpersonal skills – compassionate, clear communicator, listener

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (oral and written)

Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, database entry)
